If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing on all returns.
All items are warrantied against manufacturer defect up to 30 days after purchase. To report a defect in manufacturing, please send an email to email@example.com including your order number and a picture clearly showing the defect. We will determine whether to repair the item or send a replacement.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. We are happy to provide a pre-paid return label at your request, however please note that for all discretionary returns, the retail cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Discretionary returns are defined as a return for any reason other than manufacturer defect or a mistake or error by our fulfillment team.

Merchandise that is returned without communication with and prior approval by customer service and refused shipments that are returned to sender will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on the full retail value of the item before any discounts). Please note that refused shipments may experience significant delays in the return shipping process, so any applicable refunds may take up to 30-60 days to process, as we cannot begin the refund process until the merchandise is received by our store.
